•Will be responsible for receving/ making calls of the customer
•To manage escalated customers of Sony
•Troubleshooting of Sony products over phone
•Punching the calls in software
•Exp- Fresher With English/Tamil Fluency
•Education- B.Tech/B.E./Any Graduate
