Network Engineer
Candidate should possess B.E/B.Tech from a recognized university or institution.
Troubleshoot all Level 1 calls from the customers.
Ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
Timely escalation and handoff of Critical/Irate customer to L2
Document all communication with customers in the CRM.
Notify/Discuss with TL/Manager on Tickets that require assistance.
Contribute to the knowledge base/ Tech Forum.
Knowledge of Basic Networking concepts such as OSI Layers/ TCP/IP protocall Suite, Understanding
of IP addressing and subnetting.
Understanding of DNS, DHCP
